the following pages detail my adventures in new zealand, where I backpacked with my cousin lisa for 3 weeks in august 2005.

apparently I'm not quite done talking yet: I tend to look the same in all of the pictures of me because all the pants I had in NZ consisted of three pairs of jeans. but really, I did change (and even wash!) my clothes! I just wore my coat a lot! I don't have as many pictures of early on in the north island, as I don't have ones from lisa's camera until sometime after hobbiton. finally, when I say a road is 'windy' I mean curvy.
